Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the best vehicle for their needs
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Demonstrate product features and benefits
- Manage follow-ups in our lead system
- Collaborate with finance, parts, and service departments
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Sales experience in powersports, automotive, or retail a plus
- Passion for powersports and the outdoors
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven
- 1 year customer service experience preferred

Experienced Technician
We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Powersports Technician to join our service team. You’ll work on a diverse lineup of machines — motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and more — in a well-equipped, modern facility alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and service a wide range of powersports vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately
- Work collaboratively with the service and parts teams
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in powersports or automotive service
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Brand certifications a plus (Yamaha, KTM, Polaris, etc.)
- Passion for powersports
